Title: Introduction to Heat Transfer
Authors: Vedat C. Arpaci, Ahmet Selamet, Shu-Hsin
The philosophy of the text is based on the development of an inductive approach to the formulation and solution of applied problems. Explores the principle that heat transfer rests on, but goes beyond, thermodynamics. Ideal as an introduction to engineering heat transfer.
If you’re looking to clear the fundamentals of heat transfer, this book is referred to help prepare. During undergraduate coursework, this book stands out as one of the easiest books to follow and read.
Furthermore, the content is that such that you will refer back to it continually. Cannot say enough good things about this book. If there is a compliment to the book, it would be an introductory lesson on ODE’s or thermodynamics, but it is not required. Great Read.
