How to Unsend Emails with Gmail

Sent an email to wrong person? Correct your mistake in just 4 steps!

Sometimes it happens that we accidentally send an email to the wrong person. In such a situation, we always want to send an email to the right one by doing UNDO the mail.

Most Gmail users would like to use this option for sure.  Let me tell you that Gmail also has an option of UNDO, though not all users know about this option. So here, I am going to tell you, where this option has been given in Gmail and how it is used.

1. First of all you need to login to your Gmail account. After this you have to go to settings. The settings option is given in the top right corner on your e-mail screen.

2. Here you will find some options in which you have to click General.

3. There you will find various options. When you scroll down, you will get the option of the UNDO Send. Click on Enable.

4. Now, set the Undo Time from 5 to 30 seconds. After setting the type, click on the “Save” option. Better if you set 30 seconds in this setting.

Now, whenever you will send a mail to anyone, you will also have an option of UNDO. You can stop your emails before sending them completely.
